NINH THUY IZ (inside Van Phong Economic Zone)

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

- Location: This coastal industrial zone is in the south of Van Phong EZ, in Ninh Thuy Ward, Ninh Hoa town. It is 8 km away from National Highway 1A; 18 km to Hoa Huynh station; 10 km to Hon Khoi port; adjacent to South Van Phong general port; and 75 km to Cam Ranh international airport.

- Area: 207, 9 ha.

- Progress: Under construction infrastructure Phase 1, expected completion in 2016.

- Investor: Hoan Cau Van Phong Company Limited.

2. ADVANTAGES OF NINH THUY IZ

- This IZ locates in the major gateway connected Central Highland to the East Sea via Highway 26, with favorable conditions for investors to expand production and distribution, trading goods for the South Central region and the Central Highlands.

-  Adjacent to the sea, was built combination with the South Van Phong port, capacity about 1.5-2 million tons, can receive ship of 30,000 DWT so it has the advantage of cost saving freight, raw materials, equipment and machinery for investment projects in industrial zones.

- The urban area is planned to build near this industrial zone so it is quite favorable for the development of industrial zone and coastal urban services model, to support harmonious development between urban and industrial.

- There are plentiful construction materials resources (sand, stone, cement, etc.) in this area so it should save costs and time for investors to implement projects here.
